SHIPPING & RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we'll be happy to take the goods back under the following conditions:
- The item is received We receive within 14 days following the date of delivery.
- The product is not worn or used, in it's original packaging with all labels still attached
Shipping costs are non-refundable
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning the product.
if you are returning any item over £75, we recommend you use a shipping service that can be tracked or purchasing shipping insurance.
The following products may not be returned under this policy:
Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way.
We will give you a refund for the price paid of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).
We will refund any money due using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund as soon as possible however this process may take up to 30 days following the day we receive your returned product(s). Unless the item you are returning to us is deemed to be faulty, you will not be refunded the postage cost on that order and the amount refunded will be less our returns processing fee which is £4.50.
We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item. Return Information: Please ensure all packages are sent back as recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
