EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we are able to exchange or offer a credit note under the following conditions:
- The item is received within 14 days following the date of delivery.
- The product is not worn or used, is sent in it's original packaging with all labels still attached
We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with this policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning the product.
if you are returning any item over £75, we recommend you use a shipping service that can be tracked or purchasing shipping insurance.
The following products may not be exchanged or credited under this policy:
Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way.
