Delivery Options:
Standard Delivery - £5.00 (5-7 Business Days)
Express Delivery - £8.50 (2-4 Business Days)
We ship to lots of places around the world – select your country at checkout.
International orders will be shipped by Standard Delivery
Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to cover these costs. Unfortunately these charges will not be covered by us, this may vary from country to country.
For more accurate information we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office for any additional charges.
EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we are able to exchange or offer a credit note under the following conditions:
- The item is received within 14 days following the date of delivery.
- The product is not worn or used, is sent in it's original packaging with all labels still attached
We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with this policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning the product.
if you are returning any item over £75, we recommend you use a shipping service that can be tracked or purchasing shipping insurance.
EXCLUSIONS
The following products may not be exchanged or credited under this policy:
Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way.
